Fit healthy puppies can be fed once a day and they can be fasted for twenty four hours once a week - this suits their digestion. There is nothing wrong with feeding more often but make sure more often does not mean a larger amount of food overall - one of the major causes of demise in dogs is obesity. We recommend feeding once or twice a day to suit your convenience. If feeding twice a day then simply half the total for the day and give once in the morning, and once in the evening.
