Feeding puppies

puppy feeding guide

All in One Puppy is suitable for puppies of all breeds right from weaning until the growth phase comes to an end at roughly 12 months of age. It contains everything a puppy needs for healthy growth and development and can be fed alone or with occasional wholesome extras. Individuals will vary in their requirements depending on breed, exercise, age, and so on. It is best to begin by following the below guide and then feed by eye: if the puppy appears overweight, simply reduce the amount of food by roughly 10%; if the puppy appears underweight, gradually increase the amount of food by the same amount.

Young puppies should be fed several times a day, which can be reduced to one or two meals per day by six months of age.

All in One Puppy can be fed dry or moistened with warm water.

Approaching 12 months of age your puppy’s nutritional requirements will start to change which should be accompanied by a gradual change onto one of the All in One Adult varieties.

Any changes to your puppy’s diet should be done gradually. If you are changing onto Natural Dog Food from another brand, we would recommend introducing the new food over at least 3-5 days. Mix a little of the new food into the existing diet and gradually increase the amount until only the new food is being given.

Fresh water should always be available as usual

My dog spent an utterly miserable six months on a prescription Renal diet. I now feed Natural Dog Food and have my HAPPY, HEALTHY DOG once again.
